healthy eating in today’s highly pressurised and time
constrained world. So to ensure the well being of all
of our customers we use only the best spices, the best
lean meat, the best fish and the best vegetables in
the preparation of the food that we offer for consumption.
Our
food is prepared using cholesterol free oil. We minimise
the amount of oil used to prepare our foods to reduce
the calorific content. Of course, our tandoori meal
provide the basis of a healthy option.
Our curries are cooked with fresh authentic spices including
many onions, garlic, ginger,coriander, capsicum, celery,
tamarind, blackseed ( which in the East has, for many
years, been believed to be beneficial for health), thesfatha,
dalchini, elachi, methipatha and many other good quality
spices. We pride ourselves on the quality of our food
and say with confidence that our curry is amongst the
best in the UK. However, we would welcome your comments
